Konkani Akademi Extends its Book Exhibition to 30th June

Panaji – Goa Konkani Akademi has decided to extend its one week book exhibition cum sale to 30th June 2009. Mr. N. Shivdas, President of Goa Konkani Akademi has said that the educational institutions in Goa are beginning from June 8th and students buy text books including their reference books like Konkani grammar, dictionaries, children’s story books and Konkani learning books etc. which are presently displayed in the exhibition cum sale of the Akademi at its Patto office in Panaji. The books are sold with heavy discount. Mr. N. Shivdas, former Konkani Teacher has appealed to all the Goan high schools and Educational institutions, to take advantage of this opportunity to buy books for their respective school libraries.
