GKA anniversary celebrations on March 10

Panaji Feb. 22 – Like every year this year also Goa Konkani Akademi is celebrating its Anniversary day. This year it will be Akademi’s 20^th Anniversery day and Akademi will be celebrating it in a special way. The main function will start at 4.00 p.m. at Akademi’s Panaji office premises. Releasing of New books, presenting gift to Akademi’s staff, felicitation of Akademi’s auditor, Shri Sandeep Bhandari who has given excellent service to Goa Konkani Akademi for last 20 years, are the different programmes fixed by the Akademi in this function.

 After the main function there will be a reception for Akademi’s well wishers, writers, printers, publishers etc. Akademi’s officials has appealed to them to kindly note that this year Akademi’s anniversary function will be held on 10^th March instead of 4^th March, 2006, which Akademi celebrates every year due to certain reason.
